Hey guys this video teaches you how to make a hair mask that enables your hair to grow longer more quickly. In my experience it is really effective at enhancing hair growth and it is simple to make!

The ingredients you need are:
2 tablespoons hot water
2tablespoons oil (almond or avocado or coconut or olive)
2tablespoons mustard powder
2teaspoons sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg yolk – not necessary, I am vegan now and wouldn’t recommend this, can replace with 2tbsp coconut milk

apply to your scalp (not the rest of your hair) because it works on your hair follicles from the root!

you may experience tingling sensation, even stinging, its not going to damage your hair, its just because your scalp is sensitive and the mustard powder is hot. so dont worry and try and bare it for 15mins 🙂
use up to three times a week 🙂

I hope you enjoyed this video ♡
