Hi lissa,do you think low thyroid contributes to cellulite? I've been mostly raw vegan for a,most 3 yrs,I'm only 110 lbs but I have actually recently gain cellulite on my thighs I never had this before.I do dry brushing, trampoline, well hydrated i just can't get rid of it. So I'm wondering if it's a thyroid issue I have been hypo for years.

excellent info!!!!  What are your thoughts on juicing green stuff (e.g. celery, cukes, ginger, etc). I know eating whole foods is important and that fiber is important, but does the research suggest that juicing can also help to hydrate us?

Also, I have been noticing absolutely amazing benefits when intermittent fasting – better digestion, heightened immune system – have you any thoughts about that?  I go 18 hours between eating period and it seems to be a real game changer.  apparently lipase is released when fasting and human growth hormone gets released (in spite of the fact that human growth hormone steadily declines as one ages.)  any thoughts?
