I'm on keto myself. I think Stephanie's stringent approach to keto is mainly for people who are really overweight and need an extreme form of keto to get them on the right track. As for you, dude, you look athletic and I highly doubt that you need to be that strict in your keto approach. You can get away with eating certain things that overweight people can't.

Started keto and the mental clarity you get from a carb free diet is AWESOME! I'm a beginner and the cream cheese is a life saver is it completely bad? Or were you just saying that there were better sources?
